The new variant -- Gixxer SF comes with full fairing, which has been designed to give maximum wind protection to the rider.
"We are confident that the Gixxer SF too will thrill young buyers across India and further strengthen our market position," Suzuki Motorcycle India Executive Vice President Atul Gupta told reporters here.

With this launch the company is looking to strengthen its presence in the 150 cc bike segment, he added.
"Young India is driving growth in the 150 cc bike category, a segment which witnessed consistent growth in the motorcycle segment," Gupta said.
Gixxer SF comes with a 155 cc engine and a five speed gearbox.
The company has sold around 50,000 Gixxer units since its launch last year.
