The Commission has directed SSP Etah Ajay Mohan Sharma to submit his report before October 3, official sources said here today.
The victim in her complaint submitted with the SWC has alleged that the former minister and his son Ranjit exploited her in the last one year, while she was employed at Yadav's residence as a domestic help, they said.
She has alleged that Ranjit clicked inappropriate pictures of her and the ex-Minister's brother, MLC Chandra Pratap Singh, assaulted her and used casteist words.
The woman has also claimed that she approached the local police earlier, but her complaint was not lodged, following which she approached the SWC for help yesterday.
When contacted, Sharma said a letter was received from the SWC last night and the matter would be investigated.
Yadav, who was a Dairy Development Minister in the BSP government, was sacked by then Chief Minister Mayawati on Lokayukta's report aginst him.
