The 43-year-old filmmaker, who won Grammy for best music video for Swift's "Bad Blood", took to Twitter to defend the songtress.
"The irony of one of the 'most untalented women' in the world attacking one of 'the most talented'," he wrote.
Kahn also compared Swift's situation to football player OJ Simpson's murdered wife.
"Ain't the first time the Kardashians supported the murder of an innocent blonde woman."
The tweet was against Kim's late father, Robert Kardashian, who defended Simpson, in his 1994 trial for the murders of his wife Nicole Brown and her friend Ron Goldman.
