Swine flu claims first victim in Vadodara

Swine flu claimed its first victim in Vadodara with the death of a 62-year-old woman here.
Madhuben Mali, resident of Manjalpur locality of the city, was being treated at the Gujarat government-run SSG hospital here, doctor Devesh Patel told PTI.
"This is the first case of swine flu claiming a life in the city," he said.
"Two patients suffering from swine flu have been admitted to SSG hospital for treatment, while six others have been discharged after treatment," the doctor said.
