According to hospital sources, Muktaben Patel, a resident of Rajkot, Shardaben Patel, a native of Jetpur town of the district and a native of Wankaner Hasanbhai succumbed to the viral disease this morning.
Also, nearly 20 persons were admitted in the Flu ward after being tested positive for HINI virus, in the last 48 hours, sources added.
