Swine flu claims woman's life

The victim, identified as one Subhadra, had been admitted to the hospital over ten days back with symptoms swine flu died today, Chief Medical and Health Officer (incharge) Ashok Dagariya told PTI.

With this, the H1N1 influenza virus has claimed second life in Indore this year so far, as another woman had died of swine flu in May.

Seven other patients, including four women, who tested positive for swine flu, were undergoing treatment at private different hospitals here, Dagariya said.

According to him, over the weekend, another four suspected swine flu cases had been found, even though their medical reports were still awaited.
