Quentin Tarantino, who had stopped work on 'The Hateful Eight' after a script leak online, is now moving forward with the Western as his next project.
The 'Pulp Fiction' director got involved in a legal fight with Gawker over the leak. He later expressed a desire to discontinue the project but during an appearance in San Diego at Comic Con, he confirmed that he would be working on the story, Collider reported.
"Yes, we are going to be doing The Hateful Eight," Tarantino said.
Tarantino had staged a star-studded script reading session with Bruce Dern, Kurt Russell, Tim Roth and Samuel L Jackson in April this year.
The film's story is set just a few years after the Civil War and focuses on a group of people trapped after a blizzard diverts a stagecoach from its route.
