Quentin Tarantino has filed an amended complaint against Gawker over the leaked script of his film 'Hateful Eight' after his initial lawsuit was dismissed.
The director, in his initial complained filed in January, had alleged the website of crossing the journalistic line by publishing the link to his script which he says contributed to copyright infringement, reported the Wrap.
However, a judge dismissed the case, saying Tarantino had failed to make his case.
In the new lawsuite, filed in US district court in California, Tarantino alleges a single count of copyright infringement (direct and contributory).
