Tata Docomo bets on customised offering

Telecom service provider Tata Docomo was offering customised products targeting users and has unveiled a new recharge pack providing double talk time.
"We strongly believe that personalisation of products and services in accordance to evolving needs and usage patterns will enable our customers to have maximum benefits from their plans," Tata Docomo, Tamil Nadu Circle, Head (Mobility Business Unit), Balaji Prakash said in a statement.
The company has launched first of its kind recharge priced at Rs 55 for its existing prepaid customers which allows customers to get up 200 per cent of double talktime with a validity of 30 days in Tamil Nadu.
This is a personalised offering and has been created on the basis of the usage pattern and need of the customers, it said.
