The auto major said the compact hatchback carries the "zica label" for the duration of the biennial event.
"While it carries the Zica label for the duration of the event, the new name will be announced after a few weeks ensuring all necessary consumer/branding and regulatory aspects are addressed and the launch will take place thereafter," the company said in a statement here.
Tata Motors had decided to rename its upcoming hatchback Zica after the outbreak of Zika virus.
The company also said that it is determined to place it in the market addressing all relevant needs of the target audience.

The company also showcased its future range of passenger vehicles, including a compact sedan, SUV Hexa and compact SUV Nexon in the presence of the group chairman Cyrus Mistry.
Further, the company said it is focused on bringing high performance vehicles that should be segment defining in style and features.
"The new range of Tata Motors showcased here at the Auto Expo will offer our customers more choice and at the same time redefine our passenger vehicles for the modern customers," Tata Motors President Passenger Vehicle Business Unit Mayank Pareek said.
Besides, it showcased a sporty hatchback developed by Tata Motors and Jayen Automotive.
