Prior to taking up the new role, Srivastava served Indus Towers as Senior Vice-President of Internal Audit and Assurance, a company statement said.
He brings with him over 20 years of experience as a finance professional with leadership roles in finance and consumer goods and telecom businesses across multiple geographies, including India, the US and South Asia.
He has also held responsibilities at Future Axiom Telecom Ltd and Glaxo Smithkline, it said.
Tata Teleservices has established itself as a trusted and one of the most relied upon innovative telecom brands in the country and is rapidly scaling its businesses across the markets, Srivastava said.
Tata Teleservices offers telecom solutions under the Tata Docomo brand. It currently operates in 19 telecom circles across 4.50 lakh towns and villages, it said.
