The project has been jointly undertaken by local Lok Sabha MP Kesineni Srinivas and the Tata trusts.
The chief minister and Tata trusts will ink an MoU for the development plan envisaged for 264 villages of the constituency, Srinivas told PTI.
"We have been working on the subject for past five months and submitted a detailed reports to Tata trusts. The trusts has finalised it with meticulous analysis," he said.

villages of a single Parliamentary constituency.
About 2.5 lakh households of the constituency will benefit from the project.
Tata trusts has also conducted a comprehensive household survey in all villages and identified the activities to be taken up, he said.
On the occasion, Vijayawada Bamboo Mission will also be launched by Ratan Tata for cultivation and marketing of bamboo and its products.
