The "Shake It Off" songstress is devoted to restore the mansion built circa 1934, which was famously owned by iconic Hollywood producer Samuel Goldwyn, reported Ace Showbiz.
As per a new international luxury real estate listings site called Mansion Global, Taylor has received Beverly Hills Cultural Heritage Commission's approval for the revamp.
Taylor's mansion has six bedrooms and five baths, spread over a 10,982-square-foot.
The amount of expenditure being undertaken by Taylor has not been revealed yet.
But the construction of the estate has been underway for over a year, confirmed the singer's architect Monique Schenk.
