Addressing the state TDP general body meeting at Chevella today, Chandrababu asked his party rank and file to gear up for the polls in the backdrop of speculations that the Congress was preparing ground for an early general elections.
"The Congress has lost the authority to rule," the Leader of Opposition asserted.
Lashing out at the YSR Congress, Chandrababu said the "toddler Congress" was "purchasing" MLAs by offering "special packages".
"The YSRC has got tonnes of ill-gotten money with which it is buying legislators. The YSRC leader was running his party affairs from the (Chanchalguda) jail itself," he alleged.
The YSRC should tell people frankly why its chief Y S Jaganmohan Reddy landed in prison, he demanded.
Chandrababu's outburst against Jagan came following exodus of four TDP MLAs into the YSRC fold in recent days.
Spitting fire on Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy, the Leader of Opposition demanded that the former explain to people what action he took against Roads and Buildings Minister Dharmana Prasada Rao, who was charge-sheeted by the CBI in the Vanpic land scandal.
Expressing anguish over the "deep losses" suffered by farmers in the state due to the recent cyclonic storm Nilam, the TDP president came down heavily on the state government for failing even to supply rice to the affected families.
The TDP's general body meeting was held at Chevella in Ranga Reddy district as Chandrababu was on his "Vastunna Meekosam" foot march.
He has so far covered over 720 km in the yatra that began on October 2.
The general body paid glowing tributes to party politburo member K Yerran Naidu who was killed in a road accident early this month.
