Former MP Gadde Ramamohan and 99 other TDP leaders participated in the sit-in, which was started by the party's senior leader S Chandra Mohan Reddy.
Chandra Mohan Reddy accused the union government of not consulting any of the stakeholders before taking the critical decision to bifurcate the state.
He said constituting committees never serve any purpose unless the people are fully satisfied and said TDP is committed to protecting the interests of people from all regions.
