miscreants today looted Rs 3 lakh from two school teachers in Begusarai district of Bihar.
Bakhri deputy superintendent of police (DSP) Birendra Kumar said the two teachers had withdrawn the money from a rural bank branch at Kamasthan for school expenses and were returning to the institution when the miscreants snatched the money from them at gunpoint.
The DSP said the criminals fled the scene soon after.
An FIR was lodged against unidentified persons and investigations have been launched to trace them.
