Initially, the efforts were made to get the bus repaired in Mandi Gobindgarh area but later it was taken to a garage in Khanna city, about 24 kms from here, official sources said.
The 35 passengers of Lahore bound bus were taken to the floating restaurant amid security, they said.
After the bus was repaired, the passengers were taken to Khanna in an another vehicle, sources said.
The bus started from Delhi around 6 am and was expected to reach Lahore in the evening, they said adding, the technical fault has delayed the journey by few hours.
