The 25-year-old star and Eason introduced their newest arrival in a couple of photos shared on Instagram.
"And she has arrived," Evans wrote alongside a photo of her lying in the hospital bed while carrying the newborn and smiling to the camera next to Eason.
Eason shared another picture of his lady and their child, gushing over them in the caption.
"Im so proud of you babe! Thank you for being so strong, you did so great! Ensley is so beautiful and perfect," he wrote.
