The incident took place late last night when the teenager went to a field and was raped by three men.
The accused have been identified as Anmol, Veeresh and Chandrapal, police said.
The victim was found lying in an unconscious state by her family members who informed the police.
An FIR has been registered and an hunt is on to arrest the accused.
