Additional Superintendent of Police Subhash Chandra Shakya said the two-car borne youths abducted the girl on the pretext of giving a lift last night.
The duo took the girl to a secluded place where they raped her and later threw her near a cold storage in an unconscious state in Chibbramau area, he said.
The ASP said the victim narrated the incident to a mobile police van that took her to the hospital.
An FIR has been lodged and efforts were being made to trace the accused, Shakia added.
