The girl's family complained that her cousin brother Omkar raped her in their agriculture field where she had gone for some work Wednesday, they said.
The victim was admitted to a community health centre from where she was sent to the district hospital yesterday for medical examination, they said.
An FIR has been lodged in the case, police said, adding that efforts were on to nab the accused who is absconding.
