Teenager abducted and gangraped by four youth get pregnant

A minor girl (13) from Valiv, in Vasai division was allegedly abducted by four youth and gangraped in February 2015, due to which she is four months pregnant, a district police official said here today.
Assistant police inspector Rani Laxman Puri of the Valiv police station told PTI that the four youth abducted the girl from a school where she was studying in February 2015.
They gagged and blindfolded her after which they took her to a dilapilated house in an isolated locality. She was gangraped and then threatened with dire consequences, the police official said.
The girl complained of complications and medical examination revealed that she was pregnant. Later, she revealed everything to her family members and an offence was registered with the Valiv police on Sunday, the police official said.

The police have booked the four youth of whom three are minors, under Section 376 (D) and Section 366( A) of the Indian Penal Code, though no arrests have been made so far, the police official said.
