Teenager found dead on railway tracks, family suspects murder

A teenager who went missing two days ago was found dead under mysterious circumstances on railway tracks near today with his family suspecting murder.
The body of K Surya Bhaskar, missing since September 24 evening, was found on the rail tracks in Venkatapuram area, police said.
The 18-year-old, a resident of Gopalapatnam area, was a second year student of Industrial Training Center (ITC) at Pendurthi, they said.
His family members said Bhaskar was involved in a fight with his classmates a few days ago over a petty issue and Pendurthi Police had registered a case in this regard. They suspect Bhaskar may have been killed.

However, G Koteswara Rao, Inspector, Government Railway Police, at Visakhapatnam, said there were no injury marks on his body and it may be a case of accident.
However, a clear picture will emerge only when the post-mortem report is received, he added.
