The 16-year-old girl was raped by Vijay Kumar on the night of March 11 when she was alone in the house along with her sister, they said.
The victim's mother and brother had gone to Amritsar and Himachal Pradesh respectively for some work at the time of the incident.
A hunt has been launched to nab the absconding accused while the further probes are on, police added.
