The 17-year-old girl was raped by one Dinesh of the same village when she had gone out in connection with some work last evening, Station Incharge Rakesh Babu Yadav said.
The accused has been booked for rape on the complaint filed by victim's father.
The girl has been sent for post mortem and efforts are on to nab the accused, he said.
