Teenager who escaped from juvenile home held

A 17-year-old inmate of a juvenile home in Ludhiana, who had escaped from the detention centre along with five other boys, was today apprehended here, police said.
The juvenile, who is a resident of Mansa district, is facing various charges including murder, they said.
He was nabbed near Jawaharsingh Wala village on a tip-off.
The juveniles had escaped on June 22 after beating up two wardens and tying them with ropes, police said, adding that they had jumped the wall of the home.
