Telangana Caretaker Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao Monday greeted Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his birthday.
"On behalf of government and people of Telangana, I wish you a very happy birthday and pray the God to shower his blessings on you to serve the nation for many years," a release from the chief minister's office said here.
A letter from Rao was handed over to the Prime Minister's Office, it added.
Modi turned 68 on Monday.
