Temp hovers around normal in Raj, Kota hottest at 43.8 deg C

Temperatures in many places in Rajasthan hovered around normal today with Kota being the hottest place with a maximum of 43.8 degrees Celsius.
Kota was followed by Sriganganagar which sizzled at 43.5 degrees Celsius, according to MeT department here.
Churu recorded a maximum of 42.7 degrees Celsius whereas the day temperature in Jaipur and Bikaner was 42 degrees Celsius.
The maximum temperature recorded at Barmer was 41.2 degrees Celsius, Jodhpur 40.6, Jaisalmer 40.5, Ajmer 39.8 and Dabok 38.6 degree Celsius.
The weather conditions would remain the same tomorrow with possibility of heat wave at isolated areas in the state, a forecast said.
