Temple manager gored to death by bull

The manager of the Lord Mahalingeshwara temple at Bellare in the district was gored to death by a bull living in the premises, policesaid today.
Narayan (40) a resident ofPailar near the temple, had been working at the shrine for the last 15 years and used to feed the bull.
The incident occurred yesterday while he was feeding the bull, police said, adding that efforts of some people to pull it back with a rope failed.
Narayan died on the spot, they said.
