"Nissan Motor India has seen a turnaround in sales, starting October last year with the roll out of Terrano. After seeing a decline in volumes in December, Terrano sales again shot up to 3,130 units in January and this helped the company post a 29 per cent growth in total sales," sources said.
Nissan Motor India produces four models - Micra, Sunny and Evalia, besides Terrano - at its Chennai plant.
