Territorial Army jawan detained over wife's mysterious death

A jawan of the Territorial Army has been detained for questioning by police in Poonch over the death her wife in mysterious circumstances today.
The jawan, Sanjay Kumar who was married to one Kiran Bala in 2007 had gone home in the Dongus village in the Haweli area of Poonch for two days as part of his annual leave, a defence source said.
"The body of his wife was found in his house in suspicious circumstances and it is yet to be seen whether it is a murder or a suicide, police has called in the jawan for questioning", the source said.

He said that police has registered a case and enquiry has been initiated into the incident and the Army was fully cooperating in the investigation.
