It was announced via "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" that the fest will be held on the shores of Lake Michigan in Milwaukee, reported by Billboard.
"Music is in the DNA of 'Jimmy Kimmel Live!' and the show has a passion for bringing great, one of a kind content to our fans.
"Jumping in with SummerFest to launch such a big initiative makes complete sense, they are the country's largest music festival," co-executive producer Doug Deluca.
Other performers also include names such as P!nk, Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers, Zac Brown Band, Bob Dylan, Sheryl Crow, Future, Big Sean, Migos, The Naked and Famous and many more.
The event will have a special online broadcast of its exclusive live performances, where a global access will be provided through multiple online platforms for free streaming through the late night talk show.
SummerFest will be held at the American Family Insurance Amphitheatre, from June 28 to July 2, and July 4 to July 9, noon to midnight each day.
