The Horrors will close Friday night (July 2) on the main stage, while Saturday (July 3) ends with John Grant followed by a live set from Simian Mobile Disco.
A second wave of artists playing the 5,000-capacity event is still to be announced.
This year's Blissfields Festival will take place over July 2 to July 4 in Woodmancott, Hampshire.
