'Teen Wolf' actor Dylan O'Brien plays the protagonist Thomas, who wakes up trapped in a massive maze with a group of other boys and no recollection of his life before, reported Digital Spy.
Based on the best-selling young adult novel by James Dashner, Thomas begins to piece together memories and plots to escape the confines of the vast maze, which is being used for a mysterious test.
Kaya Scodelario, Thomas Brodie-Sangster, Will Poulter and Aml Ameen also star in the film.
Wes Ball will helm the project.
'The Maze Runner' will open in cinemas on October 24.
