A fresh western disturbance as an upper air cyclonic circulation lies over Afganistan and neighbourhood. System would move eastnortheastwards. A cyclonic circulatin extending upto 1.5 kms a.S.L. Lies over Tripura and neighbourhood. The trough of low at mean sea level over southeast Arabian sea persists. (Reopen BOM7) Night temperatures were markedly below normal in some parts of Vidarbha; appreciably below normal in some parts of Saurashtra and Kutch, Marathwada, Telangana and of north interior Karnataka; remaining parts of Madhya Maharashtra and of Vidarbha and were below normal in some parts of Assam and Meghalaya, Sub-Himalayan west Bengal and Sikkim, Odisha, Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Haryana, Rajasthan and of Gujarat region and in remaining parts of Madhya Pradesh, Saurashtra, Kutch and of Chattisgarh. They were appreciably above normal in some parts of Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Bihar and of Tamil Nadu and were above normal in some parts of Himachal Pradesh, coastal Andhra Pradesh and of south interior Karnataka and in remaining parts of Assam and Meghalaya, Bihar, West Rajasthan and of Tamil Nadu. They were normal over the rest of the country. The lowest minimum temperature of 6.0 C has been recorded at Narnaul (Haryana) in the plains of the country.
