There's 45 per cent chance of 'Friends' reunion: Matthew Perry
Press Trust of India London Actor Matthew Perry, who played Chandler Bing on "Friends" for 10 years, has said there is "45 per cent chance" of the sitcom's return.
The 46-year-old actor starred alongside Jennifer Aniston, Lisa Kudrow, Courtney Cox, Matt LeBlanc and David Schwimmer, and has admitted the likelihood of a comeback is less than 50/50 because the writing team is wary of tarnishing the show's legacy, reported Female First.
"'Friends' ended because it was time for the show to end. We had done 10 years; 237 episodes and the stories were kind of finished. I don't think there is going to be a reunion.
"People talk about that all the time but I don't think that's going to happen, because we ended on such a high note that I don't want to risk doing something bad and ruining, tarnishing the image of it. I would say 45 per cent that it could happen. I think the actors would do it, I'm not sure that the writers would do it.
