"In Tamil Nadu, the DMK and AIADMK don't get along, so do Samajwadi Party and BSP in Uttar Pradesh. The same goes for Trinamool Congress and Left Front in West Bengal. There is no way that a Third Front is feasible under these circumstances," Paswan told reporters here.

"Our experience with the Third Front has not been good," he said.

Asked if there was any chance of his going with NDA, Paswan said he won't go with NDA and will contest the next elections (in Bihar) with Lalu Prasad Yadav.

Paswan also attacked the Nitish Kumar-led government in Bihar for rise in crime and hooch-related cases.

On remarks by Prakash Ambedkar, grandson of Babasaheb Ambedkar and Bharip Bahujan Mahasangh president, that the time had come to end political reservations, the LJP leader said such statements were anti-Dalit.

"If anything has to end, it should be the caste system, which will end by more inter-caste marriages," he said.

Paswan demanded that the memorials of Babasaheb Ambedkar in Mumbai and Delhi be given the "same status accorded to Mahatma Gandhi's memorial at Rajghat".

Asked if he would support Rahul Gandhi for PM's post, Paswan said it was an internal matter of Congress.

"I can say that Sonia Gandhi has sacrificed a lot for the country," he added.

Paswan announced on this occasion that Uttam Khobragade, former IAS officer of Maharashtra cadre, had joined LJP and been appointed as working president of the state unit.
