Apart from the Congress and NCP leaders, those belonging to the Samajwadi Party (SP), the Peasants and Workers Party (PWP), the JD(U) and others, will travel in Kolhapur, Sangli and Satara districts during the three-day tour.
The opposition members will meet farmers' groups and address public meetings.
NCP state unit president Sunil Tatkare told reporters in Solapur that the government had no plan of helping farmers, who were hardships due to natural calamities as well as low market price for their produce.
The government has said it would provide loan waiver at an appropriate time. Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis had announced that his government would study Uttar Pradesh's model of loan waiver for farmers.
