Khattar along with state Health Minister Anil Vij today took stock of the arrangements for the programme to be held at Capitol Complex here.
Talking to reporters, he said 30,500 people from Haryana, Punjab and Chandigarh will participate in this event, which will be organised on a grand scale.
He expressed satisfaction over the arrangements being made for this event.
Khattar added that besides the national-level programme in Chandigarh, district-level programmes will also be organised in districts of Haryana and 4,000 to 9,000 people will participate in them.
