Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said that the NDA government is dedicated to the poor and thus in its first full budget it has taken care of all sections, be it poor, youth, women, elderly, disabled and employees, BJP President Amit Shah said in a statement.
"This is a budget for all. This budget is for the development of the poor. Giving employment and education to the youth, security to women and brings prosperity in the lives of farmers and increasing the prosperity of states and strengthens the economy," he said.
Terming the budget as "sabka budget", he said, it provides insurance, pension and support to the poor population in India besides youth empowerment, education, entrepreneurship and skill development.
"It increases the skill and yield of farmers and boosts rural employment," he said, adding, that "the budget aims to pursue, restrict and return black money stashed abroad and punish the evaders".

"This is a budget which will put strong checks against black money. The government has taken concrete steps in general budget to bring back black money stashed abroad," he said. The BJP chief said Government will bring changes in FEMA to resolve the problem of black money.
The Prime Minister, Shah said, had promised to develop eastern states and hence the NDA government announced special assistance to Bihar and West Bengal to encourage investment and generate employment on the lines of Andhra Pradesh.
