Thom Evans changes phone number to avoid ex-girlfriend

Rugby player Thom Evans has changed his phone number and email address in a bid to avoid his model ex-girlfriend Kelly Brook.
The 28-year-old, who is currently dating Jessica Lowndes, is reportedly been getting constant calls from Brook to get back to her, reported Sun Online.
"Thom wanted to be as far away from Kelly as possible after the split. She totally humiliated him. He never expected to fall in love so quickly, but now he's setting a life up there and Kelly is history.
"Kelly started to make Thom's life difficult by sending him messages saying she wanted to talk soon after he announced his relationship with Jessica, which was upsetting for them both," said a source.

The 33-year-old model-actress broke up with Evans in February after dating him for two years.
