Thoor dal,urad dal prices fall

After a lull for three days' thoor dal and urad dal prices decreased while prices of rest of the commodity ruled steady in the wholesale foodgrains market here today.
Thoor dal and urad dal fell by Rs.300 per quintal to Rs.7,900 and Rs.8,900 from Rs.8,200 and Rs.9,200 respectively.
Moong dal,gram dal,sugar,wheat,maida (90 kg) and sooji (90 kg) prices ruled steady.
Following are the wholesale rates of various agri-commodities (rates in rupees per quintal, unless stated otherwise): Thoor Dal Rs 7,900, Urad Dal Rs 8,900, Moong Dal Rs 6,700, Gram Dal Rs 7,400, Sugar Rs 4,300, Wheat Rs 3,000, Maida (90 kg) Rs 2,700 and Sooji (90 kg) Rs 3,200.
