Three arrested in Andaman boat tragedy

Three persons, who were detained for questioning in connection with the boat tragedy off the Andaman and Nicobar islands, were formally arrested today, the police here said.
Boat master Chandrasekhar and crew-members Prabhu and Narottam were arrested this evening, South Andamans SP Vinay Biswal said.
Twenty-one persons were killed when the private ferry 'Aqua Marine' carrying 51 tourists sank in the Andaman Sea yesterday while 29 persons were rescued.
One person is missing and a search is being conducted by the marine rescue team.
