Meryl Streep-Tom Hanks starrer "The Post" and Daniel Day-Lewis' last film "Phantom Thread" failed to garner any nomination at SAG despite being recognised by the Golden Globes.
Gary Oldman earned a nomination in the best actor category for his brilliant portrayal of Winston Churchill in "Darkest Hour". He will have to fight it out with Denzel Washington's critically-praised turn in "Roman J Israel, Esq.", James Franco's "The Disaster Artist", Timothee Chalamet for "Call Me by Your Name" and Daniel Kaluuya of "Get Out".
"Three Billboards..." has earned two nominations in the best supporting actor categories for Woody Harrelson and Sam Rockwell.
