The suspected drug peddlers - Younis Ahmad Yattoo, Imtiyaz Ahmad Dar and Fazil Ahmad Raina - were arrested during a raid on the house of a person, identified as Mohammad Lateef Mala at Hussipora, 32 kms from here, Sub-divisional Police Officer Shailendra Mishra said.
He said the raid on the house of Malla was conducted on a specific information and four kilograms of dry cannabis leaves and 30 grams of cannabis powder were seized from the possession of the trio.
However, the house owner escaped the police dragnet during the raid and efforts are on to nab him, the officer said.
