Three hardcore Maoists held

The Special Task Force (STF) has arrested three hardcore Maoists from a village in Bihar's Nawada district, a police officer said today.
Acting on a tip off, the STF sleuths raided Bhanekhaf village yesterday and nabbed three hardcore Maoists belonging to the proscribed outfit, CPI(Maoist), Rajauli police station in-charge Sanjeev Kumar Gupta said.
Two of these ultras have been identified as Mansoor Mian and Vinod Manjhi, he said.

Meanwhile, the Special Task Force (STF) in a joint
operation with the local police has arrested two more Maoists from Karnaul Chandi village under Charpokhri police station area in Bihar's Bhojpur district, the DGP control room said in release.
The arrested Maoists have been identified as Ramkumar Ram and Ram Brajesh Paswan, it said adding, five weapons comprising a .303 rifle, .315 regular rifle and DBBL gun and two country-made pistols, besides eleven ammunition have been seized from them.
Both ultras were wanted in over half a dozen cases of Maoist violence in the district, the release said.
They duo was being interrogated at Chakpokhri police station to find out details of Maoist activities.
