Three HC judges transferred

Three judges from as many high courts, including one from Delhi, were today transferred.
According to separate law ministry notifications, Justice Ashutosh Kumar was transferred from the Delhi High Court to the Patna High Court.
Justice Shatrughana Pujhari was transferred from the Orissa High Court to the Madras High Court while Justice Govind Mathur from the Rajasthan High Court was sent to the Allahabad High Court.
