The victim, Ramesh Chandra Sharma lodged a complaint in this connection yesterday.
In his complaint, the auto driver said he was headed to his home when three youths hired his vehicle near Singhu border for Ramdev chowk in Narela.
He was robbed at knife point when they were crossing the toll tax booth at Singhu border area, DCP MN Tiwari said.
The local police in the area was alerted through a PCR call and launched a searched operation following which they recovered the vehicle and apprehended the youths, the officer said.
