The truck carrying silk worms, was on its way to Majalta from Udhampur when the driver lost control over the vehicle and it rolled down into the gorge at Bian Baagh area of the district last evening, they said.
One person died on the spot and 21 others were injured who were admitted Government Medical College (GMC) hospital, where two more died, police said.
A case has been registered and investigation is underway, they added.
