The mishap occurred at about 9 pm last night when the vehicle was on way to Purola, they said.
All the three persons were killed on the spot. The injured were rushed to a nearby hospital from where they were referred to a hospital in Dehradun.
Incessant rains in the area had made the road slippery which may have led to the accident, police said.
